Build on OUR lot

We have lots available in South Pointe located in Mansfield, Texas in the gated, luxury section. The neighborhood features waterfalls, ponds, parks, biking/jogging trails, and an amenity center with a resort style pool. We also have lots available in SomerCrest in Midlothian in both the Villa and Estate sections. The Villa Section features smaller lots, with high end custom homes combining the beauty of a luxury home at a lower price and less maintenance. The Estate section features larger lots for luxury custom homes and plenty of room for your backyard oasis. We have relationships with developers across DFW and can find lots anywhere in the Metroplex. Together, we will work with an architect to determine the best plans to suit your style and lot. Then, we will begin incorporating the custom features you love! Whether choosing independently, working with an interior designer, or using our combined decades of experience implementing custom features, we will help you carefully craft a beautiful and functional floor plan.  Literally from the ground up, MCH is dedicated to building homes, dreams, and relationships.


Our team is actively involved from conceptual budgeting all the way through final subcontractor bidding and buyout. We offer considerably more than just passing on subcontractor bids to owners. Our team is comprised of true builders who evaluate design constructability and seek creative ways to improve budgets. With our unique flat fee cost method, we ensure that we are all working together with honesty, giving no incentives to cut corners or drive up the cost unnecessarily.

Planning & execution

After we have reviewed architectural plans and determined the optimal approach to the home or project, we evaluate the best schedule that works within the time and cost constraints. We carefully take into account the knowledge we have gained to determine the best sequence to the schedule.  Our clients are invited to use BuilderTrend, our web-based project management and client communication tool which provides valuable information regarding budgets, change orders, scheduling, milestones and finish selections. Our clients are able to easily communicate with us and monitor the status of their project.


We offer smooth transitions as you begin building your dreams. Making the decision to move into your dream home can be a time consuming experience. Selling your existing home will require optimal timing and expert assistance. Working with a professional Realtor will make the process much more efficient.  Most families spend a fair amount of time with their Realtor, so it's important to choose one you feel comfortable with, and one who is responsive to your needs.
